I am assisting another Verizon customer troubleshoot this problem on their LG Stylo 6.
Their audio cuts out in the middle of the call, but only when Wifi Calling is enabled and the call is connecting via WiFi. Calls placed over cellular signal are not affected. What is interesting is when the audio cuts out, they can still hear the other callers just fine. It is only the other callers that cannot hear them. To fix this problem, they hang up (drop) the call and then call the individual back. This restores the audio, but then the audio may (or may not) cut out again a few minutes later.
Their LG Stylo 6 has already been replaced with an identical model in order to address this problem, but the problem still persists.
I don't know (yet) if this problem is related to this specific phone, their Wifi router, their ISP, etc. and would appreciate any pointers on where to start investigating.
