LG VOrtex keeps saying low on memory and i cant get it to stop...........

my vortex keeps telling me its low on phone storage....i have 2 games downloaded that are saved to the card and only have one text only message saved that threaded at 94....i have stopped all progams that came on it and and cant get it to clear out.....can someone please help me ...............

How low is your phone storage?

Have you clear the cache for the applications? Settings > applications > manage applications > all tab > menu button > sort by size. Go through each application one by one and press the clear cache button wherever you find it.

Note the size of your email application. Post back for additional information depending on the results.

Note the size of Dialer Storage. Ditto as above.

i cleaned all my caches out throughout my phone

dialer storage is total 60 kb

email is 40 kb total

internal phone storage

available space is 18.21 mb

only thing i have downloaded is angry birds and its saved to my card ?  

no messages at this time either saved anywhere

Both the Dialer Storage and the email application sizes look OK for size.

What does the phone list as your ten largest applications?

You might also be to the point that only a factory reset will completely clear out the issue.

What is SNS and why is it SO large?

Think Free Office seems large too. That was a preinstalled application too?

The others look okay. Youtube looks like it might be holding onto some cache though.

I dont know what sns is i cant uninstall it....the icon is three stick people holding hands....the cache from everything else is empty

Well something is happening to grab on the space. Can you delete the data from that application?

I am out of ideas and only one left is ***gasp*** a factory reset. They are not so bad if you prepare your information ahead of time for them.

So what is SNS? 

How much internal memory does a Vortex have?  Apparently no where near enough to handle any downloaded apps along with all the useless preloaded programs.
