MY CONTACTS DISAPPEARED

ALL OF MY CONTACTS HAVE DISAPPEARED ALL OF A SUDDEN TODAY.  HOW DO I GET THEM BACK?

Check the Verizon Cloud on a computer and verify they weren't moved to the trash.
