At different times and different messages, when transmitting a photo from Gallery with a text message, some recipients have received both text and photo, some received just text, some just photos.
The cell carriers sometimes are different (AT&T and Verizon) and the recipient phones are various I-Phones. I thought that the transition between Verizon Message+ and I-Phone message app maybe was the problem but that is not the case.
Sometimes, I start with a Gallery photo and add text. Sometimes I start with a Message+ and add a photo. I know of no factor that would prevent both text and photo from being delivered.
Help is here for you George40. We know how important messaging is. Let's get this resolved for you. Can you tell us if the issue began after a new application install of update? I saw taht you mentioned certain carriers. Does it not matter who the carrier is? We are trying to isolate the issue. BobbyN_VZW
