Moto E4 Boot Loop

All,

     I updated my Moto e4 to the latest OTA and now I have a huge problem.  It doesn't want to seem to get past the "Hello Moto" animation.  I rebooted the phone in to fastboot and reset the phone to factory settings, wiped the system cache, and still nothing.  I really like the phone and would love to get it back to functional.  Please help.

Oh no, mirtec001. I hope you are not still having this issue with the phone. You have done quite a bit already to resolve this issue, but if this is still going on, please run the Software Repair Assistant http://spr.ly/6586Dqk0n;
