My LG G4 just crashed.....last update to cloud was 7-12......any way to connect it to my computer and save the photos, texts and contacts?
define crashed. i use to own g3. and you can always use usb to pc to move files to sdcard
Went thru all of the recovery instructions with a Verizon rep on chat.....they are sending a new phone......cannot get anything on the phone except the LG logo on a black screen......will not power up or down.....can the card that came with the phone be removed and used like an SD card?....btw....I am NOT tech literate!
its best you get replacement. ly g3 bricked twice. same. i rid myself of it. now have s7edge, not bragging. i loved my g3. the sim cannot. its a network card. not data, only sdcards can be.you might be mentioning the sim card. its for verizons network.
consider opting into protection plan while you can.
