My phone is frozen. It turns on and the LG logo comes up. After about 3 minutes, the Verizon logo red screen comes up. That's it. I keep turning it on and off and the same thing happens: LG logo, then Verizon red screen logo. I have also tried taking the battery out and putting it back in. Help!
