My phone is no longer supported by Verizon but I bought it from Verizon and it's a newer LG model. I'm having a lot of issues with my phone not getting phone calls and having to turn off and on all the time because it's messing up. What I don't understand is why I have to pay off my phone and buy a new one at full cost when I haven't done anything wrong. Verizon basically broke the contract with me. They called me today to offer me another phone due to my phone not working but I have to get a certain type of phone. I don't even know where to go with this question but I'm going to figure out who can solve my dilemma because I need a working phone.
