Not able to block a phone number

Hi,

I am the primary owner of this account. I am trying to block a phone number on my daughter's phone. She has an LG G4 and not an iPhone.

The message that I receive is:

We were unable to block ***-***-*** on these device(s). 

Lydia ******** LG-LG G4™ in Ceramic White    585-474-****   (I added the asterisks)

There is no reason given as to why I can't block this number. Also I blocked this number in the past and there is no history of any previous blocks on her line.

I would appreciate any help on this issue.
