Hi,,,,some how my Samsung 9 needs a pass code to get it open. I didn't set this up.
I talked to Verizon.......said it couldn't be done but connected to Samsung and he couldn't help either.
I really thought there would be a number code to unlock!!!
How can I unlock it without doing the factory reset? The message says I only have 4 attempts left.
HELP!!!
