Greetings,
I have tried unsuccessfully to restart my phone but it continues to stall/poll at the Verizon screen. The stalling/polling has lasted for almost two hours now and I cannot use my phone. How can I resolve this issue?

Can you get to the recovery mode of your phone?
If you can try and clear the cache partition of the phone.
Like Ann154 asked it would help to know what kind of phone
you have and when did this start happening like after you got
an update or did you install a new app

You can try to use the Verizon Repair Assistant.. but as others mentioned it would help to know which made/model. LG devices had an issue with a boot loop and you can contact LG if you are experiencing this issue.

bd94s10, A stalling phone is never a good thing to encounter. I'm sorry to learn that you're having this experience. As Ann154 mentioned, the best way to provide further assistance is to understand which phone you have with us. Can you please provide this information for us? Please share more about what happened when this issue began. Were you in the process of updating your phone? Did you receive any error messages prior to the phone restart?
