During reboot, it goes thru the htc part fine but when it gets to the Verizon portion, it shows the red Verizon screen and then hangs forever.
JOHSTU64, sorry to learn of the issue with the reboot screen. Does it at any point get passed it or is this a permanent issue? How long have you had this phone? If this does not recover. I recommend doing a full factory reset. Here are the steps to do so: http://vz.to/2ghjhui
