This is 100% Verizon's fault. If you haven't noticed when your phone boots up, it takes about 2x as long and a Verizon welcome logo appears. There is more bloatware and less features on Verizon branded s7s and s7 edges. All other US carriers have this update, and now many other regions of the world also have the update. I will not buy a single phone from Verizon again because of the terrible customer service. Software updates are on all other major carriers by now with no bugs so don't even try to protect Verizon's incompetence.
