Being able to use voice typing is definitely a great convenience and we're happy to help. The Moto Z Force would indeed still have the capability of Google Voice Typing which is a feature of the Google Keyboard. Check that you have it enabled by going into Settings, Language & Input. While the Google Keyboard should come pre-installed, you can also find it in the Google Play Store here Google Keyboard - Android Apps on Google Play .
