Why is it that Oreo Updates change my Wifi network settings? This is second or 3rd time I have had to redo the network setting.

I only use Wifi for Internet and only on my own network.

I have set the network to "Static IP" and no DHCP..Also set DNS to my Gateway.

Something keeps changing these settings. Would be nice if I could lock the settings.

I never had this issue before the Oreo update.

What type of router are you using? Which phone do you have?
