Why is the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet not getting the Marshmallow 6.0 update?

I currently have the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and the last update was in Jan 2017 for Lollipop and I have not even received any Knox updates since then either. I do not see any reason why this tablet is not getting the Marshmallow update, when it can handle it if not even the Nougat update. I think this needs to be looked into. The Galaxy Note is a flagship for Samsung and MANY Android users. The Galaxy Note Pro was made to handle business and I use mine just for that. Do not give me some story of the age of the tablet as it was built to go the distance and needs to be recognized once again. Who do I have to get in contact with to make this happen?

Contact Samsung directly to complain.
