When a call comes in, I click on details, then on block the call. In the list it shows an small blue circle with a line through it. But the blocked number still rings in on my phone (Samsung J7V). Is this a Verizon issue or a Samsung issue?
Yes, very good question. It depends on who you are using for your "Call Filter" app? Verizon has stated "they are in the business for customers to make calls not block calls". I would try the HIYA app which can be downloaded from the "GOOGLE PLAY STORE". I hope that works for you, as it has for me.
