I turned off my data and am using my Wifi, then I was informed that my data was still being drained? why?
Data usage doesn’t report live. Turning data off does not prevent data you already used from posting to your online account.
Like writing a dozen checks and putting your check book away because your bank says your balance is low, but only half the checks cleared.
We'd like to see a way to prevent usage you're not aware of. What's the make and model of your device. What are your day-to-day activities on you phone ?
