How do I upgrade from Android Version 4.4 to 4.6 or higher?
Which phone model do you have?
Android 4.4 went to Android 5.0+ for phones eligible for a software upgrade.

there was never a 4.6 android and if you device was 4.4 it's well pass time that it would be updated. Any phone that came out more than 2 years ago is not going to get updated. Time to get a new phone
