error in transferring line

it has been three days and no one seems to be able to successfully transfer my line from my company's account to my personnel account. I have called so many times and it always ends with the same result...an error at the end of the process that prevents the transfer. i cant even get to someone to complain! I've been with verizon since at least 2005 and have not had any complaints. All i want to do is keep the same number and go back to a personnel account. 

I am seriously considering changing providers if I ever get my number released!

Having the same issue at the moment, no matter what I try I get an error at the end that says a server issue and to try again later. It’s frustrating.
