getting message to clean up phone is it spam?

I am getting this message stating my phone has 3 viruses and told to download samphico.top. Is this spam? It says my phone will quit working in 24 hours.

Spam messaging is never fun. Let's make sure we get rid of this. What device do you have? Does this happen if you use other browsers? What do you need to do to get the messages off of the screen?
