tried taking a photo in message+ and it crashed. Removed the battery and it restarted and crashed again.Once more reinstalling the battery got the KERNEL CRASH message . I tried to reboot per instruction on the message and now it's dead.Not happy as its only a few months old
It is important to have a working device and we are here ot help. Does the phone show any type of life when you connect a charger to it? Also, what changed with the phone before the Message+ app crashed, any new apps or software updates? ~Vic
