What do you mean by "register"?
Are you wondering how you activate a replacement phone?
If so, you can either just swap sim card from old phone to new with both phones off and then turn on the new one and wait for it to complete activation (which normally completes within a couple minutes)
or
you can call in or go online and submit the IMEI of the new device along with the sim card number (ICCID) to activate the new device, which will remove/de-activate the old one.
