I want to transfer ringtones from my old phone, but when I connect the new J3V to my laptop, I don't see any file structure on the phone. Any suggestions?
Have you pulled down the notification shade and changed the USB mode from charging only (the default in Marshmallow) to file transfer?
It’s always good to personalize your phone CHRGOS6. I can certainly understand your concern with your ringtones not transferring over. Let’s work together to see what’s going on. Where were the ringtones purchased from? What’s the make/model of your old phone?
