I just got my new stylo 6 and the spring loaded end of the stylus pen broke off when i was trying to get it out of the phone. cheap, cheap. not impressed
LG is good about warranty replacement on their stuff. A new pen is $10 on LG's site.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Have you attempted to contact the manufacturer directly about the pen?
Also my experience with LG they will email you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
