I just switched to verizon last week and I found out that I was not getting texts from a friend but here is the catch we are in a group tetx and I can see them she can call me no problem she even can text my son and we are on the same plan and more or less the same phone.
I have restarted airplane mode got rid of the contact and texts cleared data and cache i got a new sim card and even did a force stop and clear data put in airplane mode and nothing. I have been dealing with this for four days and Verizon has no idea what is causing this.
Would help to know what phone and if you are using Verizons messaging app, stock app on the phone or something else.
Mellissalynn77, you have done some great steps already and we want to pick up from where you left off before. acraftylady2 had some great questions and we want to piggyback off of what they were saying. What is the make/model of your device? Which Messaging application are you using? Have you attempted to delete the group message and start a new one to see if messages go through?
