3G network extender 5G phone wont connect.

I have been using a Verizon 3G extender for years with a Droid Turbo 2. Today I bought a Motorola One 5G and cant connect to the 3G extender.  I have HD calling turned off.  Need help to connect to the extender.  Thanks in advance

Congrats on your new device. Sorry to hear you are having troubles connecting to the network extender. When you are within 15 feet of the device, what happens when you dial #48?
