I use verizons hotpsot for mostly everything I do in life. Where I live, there arent any other high speed providers besides verizon that I have acess to. So I was wondering, why cant verizon allow the mobile hotspots to have a open NAT type? I was reading on some other forms and found that there is no way to change a NAT type, that its set by verizons sim card network. The problem with this is that I use my hotpsot (Believe it or not) to play online video games, and it works quite well! But when I play GTA Online is where I run into a lot of issues because my NAT type is alway moderate. So why cant verizon simply allow us to have a open NAT type. Is it really going to cause that big of issue on their servers?
