Had a Motorola Droid Maxx which I nor Verizon could ever access the hotspot app on the phone. Switched to a LG Vista and going thru the same thing. Anyone have any suggestions other than to change service providers?
Which plan do you have? Do you have the mobile hotspot feature on your line?
