I have a Samsung S7. Holding my phone I didn't realize I was pressing the volume buttons & the power button. I can't get out of the setup wizard. I've tried powering off, restarting, going into safe mode. Always comes back to setup wizard. HELP!

Go through the setup wizard, putting in all the same information as you did originally. It may find a backup to "restore" settings and info from, and your info may all be there once you put in your email and other stuff.

SunDell63,
Oh no! This is not what we wanted to read. We appreciate the input, SuzyQ. Letโs make sure we get your phone back in working order, pronto! Yes, you will have to complete the Setup Wizard. There would not be a way around it. Once you go through the steps, it will allow you to restore all of your information that you had backed up with either gmail or with the Verizon Cloud app. Please let me know if you run into any road blocks.

I have a follow-up to the original question. I'm walking through the setup and it asks if I want to copy google accounts, apps, and data from another device. Would that help in recovering the data that maybe on the phone currently? Or could have been moved to the cloud?

Also, once the Setup Wizard has been restarted has it already wiped pictures, apps, etc. off of the phone?

You could always plug the phone into a USB port on a computer and see if anything is on it that way. If the pictures/videos are still there, you should be able to copy them off.
