Hi, so I recently had my debit card stolen and had to cancel it. Unfortunately, it was linked to a payment arrangement I made which made it not go through. I made a new arrangement with the new card info, only to find out my service was already suspended. Everything is automated so I can't get through to a live rep, and I only need 3 days to repay. I hope this can be resolved because if not, I might have to take my talents over to T-Mobile which is something I'd rather not do, but will.

I'm sorry to hear your services are suspended. The only department that can restore services with arrangement is Financial Service. They can only be reached over the phone at 866-266-1445. I hope you can get through to them. -Joe

This is exactly what Verizon does to me all the time! I canโt wait to get rid of Verizon and never use their service ever again.
