When trying to activate a new device and entering the device I'd number I Keep getting a systems error message

New devices are always exciting, Comfyfeet. Let's get your new phone activated. Are you able to do an Over-The-Air activation? With 4G phones, you can make sure old phone is off, new phone has SIM card inserted, then power on. Once it's on, it'll automatically start activating/programming the new phone. It can take about 2-3 minutes. Please try this and keep us posted.


If you're still having issues, please elaborate on the phone make/models and what issue you have if you're getting an error message.
