When I go to the Verizon website and want to add a nickname to a phone number I have called, it doesn't do it. I have reached out twice to Verizon on "chat" and neither session has repaired the issue. Have tried different computers, phones, search engines, cleared cookies, but none have solved the issue. This seems to be a Verizon issue since I have read numerous conversations with the same problem. Has been going on for months.

The nickname feature worked correctly for me this morning (July 7, 2023).

I was able to solve it. I realized I was trying to run the report around the same time you were probably running my bill and "cutting over" from one month to another. I tried again a day or so later, and was able to run my log again as expected.

May I ask are you trying to put a "nickname" onto one of your contacts? If so, are you wanting the contact nickname to show when you receive a call, text, ect. from them opposed to their name listed in your contacts? I am willing to help if you could just let me know by replying here as well as what is the model of your device. Hope to hear back from you either way if you have already resolved the issues.
