This is very concerning to me JOHNCUR85. I know how I depend on using my Mobile Hot Spot. Its very convenient. I wanted to ask if the Mobile Hot Spot shows as an option once you turn on the wifi option. Lets try this step: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-151658/ . Please keep me posted on the outcome.
