Ever since I updated (about 2 weeks ago) I have literally 1 or 0 bars, little to no 4g or 5g.
I get text messages hours late. Anytime I'm off wifi I have slow or no internet.
This is costing me at work and effecting my job. Tried customer service a few times. No help. Basic "restart your phone" advice. They have no idea. Haven't been to local store yet.
Any advice? Paying $200+ a month for a worthless phone 75% of the time.
