Amazon Music app is not working: I can open it, access my music, search online and add items to my library, but when I try to play the music, it seems to buffer for a few minutes, then the spinning circle goes back to the "play" triangle. Pandora is working OK, so I know I have an internet connection, although Pandora will no longer play continuously - after each song, it stops until I unlock the phone. All my apps are up-to-date. Any thoughts?
ptsmoot, I love listening to music from my phone. I would try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app. If after it still doesn't allow it to play I would reach out to Amazon since they developed the app.
