My mom is on her 3rd smartphone now. Every one of them ends up with malfunctions, although each one is slightly different. For example, her 2nd phone would leave a small notification banner at the bottom (ex: Contact Saved) and it would stay displayed for any length of time even covering up the keyboard display so you can't use it. This malfunction has transferred to her 3rd phone. So....is it possible that her backup account is harboring a virus that then gets reinstalled on every new phone?
