Its frustrating that I no longer have custom notifications for my family members. On top of that my phone has now started to crash. Anyone else having issues?

A software update should enhance the device. Sorry to hear that this did not happen and I can certainly understand your frustration with your notifications changing and the device crashing. Let's get this fixed. What make/model device do you have? Does the device crash when you are in a particular application?
