Asus Zenfone AR: adding widgets / applications view not working

Hi - as of about a week ago I can no longer:

1. drag and drop from the apps view to one of my screens or even get the option to drag to the "uninstall" option from that view
2. add any widgets - it will not let me drag and drop them
3. I can still swipe to answer calls, play a game, dismiss notifications

Any ideas?  Is it a setting?

Being able to have you device customized is essential, Mindrella. Have there been any recent changes or updates to your device? What happens when you attempt to drag/drop or uninstall? Looking forward to hearing back and getting your device set up as you see fit.
