Verizon, do have a schedule if and when this phone will get the Oreo update?
Whatever information the customer service agents might know which unlikely as it is can't be released to the public until the update is actually released. At which point it will be post on Advanced Devices Software Updates | Verizon Wireless.

Itโs important to have the latest update for your phone Rod456. As Ann154 mentioned we donโt have any details about when a software update will become available. The link that Ann154 provided is also the best place to check to see when the latest update was released. Are you currently having any issues with your device that has you inquiring about a new software update?
