I have a ZTE Blade Vantage 2 prepaid phone and until today my text videos that I got from others have played fine. Now I get a message that says...'.Error while playing audio, please retry.' However all of my youtube music/talking videos play just fine. Can anyone out there help?
We definitely want to make sure you are able to listen to audio messages, Marion777. Are you only receiving this error with one contact? Is the software up-to-date on your phone?
