Call forwarding for specific callers

Does anyone know any way forward calls from a specific caller to a land line? I have a Galaxy note 8.

Thank you for using our forums. We want to make sure all your concerns are addressed. There is not an option to forward a specific call or caller to another number. You can use a Do Not Disturb or block function to send that caller to your Voicemail, but they cannot be forwarded. You can only forward all your calls.
