Can I activate the NEXUS 6P at a Verizon store?

I want to buy a Nexus 6P from Google. Will Verizon allow me to go into a store, get a nano sim, and resume my current Verizon service on said Nexus 6P?

Yes. I did just that with my Nexus 6 last year.

I walked in the store they activated my phone just make sure you know how to locate the imei on the phone.

Thank you. I have mine activated now and I see what you mean about the imei. Luckily I had the box with me and it had the imei on it.
