The funtionality to COPY pictures has gone away on my phone. I think I messed it up in my Clip Board settings. Anyone know how to turn it back on?

The issue started about 6 months ago. Somehow I got into my clipboard settings while I was nosing around on my phone and I saw that everything I copied was saved in the clipboard. I was trying to empty it and somehow I disabled the copying of pics to the Clipboard. I can copy text, but not pics or graphics.
Software wise, I have been updating whenever asked to.
