I had visual voicemail on my old G4. The phone went into "boot loop" after system update. Verizon sent me a replacement phone. Now I can not get visual voicemail. If I click the voicemail icon, all I can do is select "call voicemail". If I go to the App Store, it say's visual voicemail not compatible with my phone.
How can I get visual voicemail on my replacement phone?
