Can't send Gif

I just recently switched to my fiancé's Verizon plan from an existing Verizon plan.  Now all the sudden i can no longer send gif's to her though the message+ app.  The gif's are from the selectable ones through the keyboard in the message+ app.  The size is only around 200kb

She has an iPhone 14 and i have an LG phone.  I have been able to send Gif's from this phone to her for the past couple years and now ever since we got on the same plan i can no longer send them.

I'm sorry you've been having trouble using the GIFs for the message app. Claytonn, we've sent a Private Note to get a few more details.
