It keeps telling me "Sorry, you cannot add this video to your message." The videos I've attempted to send are only 3 seconds to 19 seconds. Can't send via email either because they're "too large?"

Which way are you attempting to send them: Network or Wi-Fi .?

Picture size can cause missed sends as well, you might try if you haven't a different setting in your camera not sure what phone you have but if your using HD try Non HD see if it'll let it proceed and if your using 720P for Video try a different Video style and you may need to clean your cache for your messaging.. give that a look.

I'm using the front camera in the Droid Turbo.

And when I try to send the same video over gmail, it says that I can't send a file over 25 MB. Is that normal? Its a 19 second video using the front camera. I've even cropped the video down to 8 seconds and still cant. Every now and then it will let me send the 3 second one.

Start from your texting app. Record a video it will attach to the message and send. You may see a line going across to showing size limit.The others already made will just cause more frustration And Probably Want Send ever.
