I requested the phone service to [Removed] to be cancelled. This was my husband's phone and he passed away March 12, 2017. The gentleman I was working with also assured me my new contract - I bought a new phone & tablet that same day - would be unlimited data. I am not only still being charged for my husband's phone service but I'm being charged $100 for a data plan!
