Cannot get full phonebook to transfer via Bluetooth to my car

My phone will connect to the car via Bluetooth and send/receive calls.  However, only about 1/10th of the phonebook from the phone transfers as the Bluetooth phonebook to my car.  Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can fix this?  I have tried unpairing and repairing the phone and car with no success.

If you have the option to delete the phone book from your car do so, and then re pair the phone giving it enough time to load the phone book.
