Cannot make outgoing call - acts as if its dialing but no sound - any ideas anybody?

I try to make calls to several different numbers but all I get is dead air. I can receive texts and all sound volumes are turned to max. It was working this morning but now nada.

Hello wisterok, let's solve this mystery! Was there any physical or water damage on the phone or speakers? What zip code are you located in? Can you please share the make & model of the phone? Try powering the phone off for 40 seconds and then reboot. Also, dial *73 send in case call forwarding was activated. Keep us posted!
